MEET BRAD
Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming, and it is not always an easy decision. I believe meaningful change occurs in a space where individuals feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood. Your story matters. Every experience and each season of your life holds value, insight, and purpose. Counseling provides a supportive and confidential environment where you can express your emotions openly, explore concerns, strengthen resilience, and work collaboratively toward clarity, healing, and personal growth. I'd be honored to take this journey with YOU!

If you're struggling with anxiety, I'm here to provide the mental health support that you need. I specialize in anxiety therapy, helping you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs.

Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved. I'm here to provide counseling that helps you overcome depression and develop a more positive outlook on life. My therapy services include evidence-based treatments that help support you in managing depression.

If you've experienced trauma, it's crucial to seek help from a qualified therapist. My goal is to assist you in working through your trauma by developing healthy coping strategies. I provide a range of services specifically targeted for your mental health support.

Marriage is not for the faint of heart. In fact, more than 50 percent of first-time marriages won't make it today. Sadly, only a small percentage of couples seek out help. I specialize in marriage and premarital therapy, offering comprehensive counseling to support couples in their journey. With over 20 years of experience in marriage counseling, I work with couples who desire a better life together.

Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Healthy relationships provide safety, support, and growth. They help you feel seen, respected, and understood while allowing honest communication and boundaries. Over time, strong connections improve emotional health, resilience, and overall life satisfaction.

Grief and loss are a natural, but difficult part of life. Loss can certainly impact our mental and physical health. In our sessions together, I will focus on helping you learn practical strategies to manage your loss without trying to replace it, while also improving your overall well-being. Bottom line: You don't have to grieve alone. Allow me to lament with you through therapy support. Time does not always heal, but finding support will.
